A person has been taken to hospital after being hit by a van near Oxford this morning.
An ambulance was called to the road between the Horspath Driftway and Headington Roundabout at about 11am.
Traffic was blocked on the A4142 Eastern By-Pass Road on the northbound route but is now clearing.
South Central Ambulance Service spokesman David Gallagher said the person had been taken to the John Radcliffe hospital but his injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
