Nabila Dawood, 32, of Hailey Road, Chipping Norton, admitted unlawfully depriving Lynn Adhiambo of occupying a property in Corunna Crescent, Oxford, on December 1 last year. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £450 compensation, £600 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Acacio De Oliveria-Ramos, 36, of Long Close, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the management of houses in multiple occupation (HMO) regulations by failing to ensure his name, address and contact number were displayed in a prominent place in the HMO on or about November 27 last year. Also admitted failing to ensure fire escapes, fire fighting equipment and fire alarms were maintained in good working order. Also admitted failing to licence 6 Isis Close, Oxford, as a HMO. Fined £1,750 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £1,000 costs.

Mark Freeman, of Oak End Way, Chinnor, was convicted in his absence of failing to provide Thame Town Council with information relating to the identification of a driver on January 25. Fined £70 and ordered to pat a £20 victim surcharge and £70 costs.

Adam Williams, of New Road, Bampton, admitted driving a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle when its gross laden weight exceeded the maximum permitted on Forest Road Rover Bridge, Park Street, Church Street and Market Street, Charlbury, on November 3 last year. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

Roxanne Brewer, 67, of Tower Close, Abingdon, admitted failing to notify Vale of White Horse District Council of a change in circumstances affecting council tax benefit and housing benefit between December 26, 2011, and March 31, 2013. Handed a 24-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ashraf Ditta, 41, of Brookfield Crescent, Headington, admitted failing to provide a sample for a class A drugs test at Abingdon Police Station on May 7. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Philemon Kinyanjui, 22, of Berry Close, Blackbird Leys, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Oxford on February 29. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.

Kayleigh Watson, 29, of St Clement's Street, Oxford, admitted stealing cosmetics worth £45.26, £477-worth of razor blades and razors and bathroom products worth £183 from Boots, in Cowley Road, Oxford, between April 30 and May 23. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Handed a 12-week prison sentence and ordered to pay a £140 victim surcharge.

Calum Dawson, 24, of Radley Road, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on December 7 by failing to attend for unpaid work on April 10, April 24, May 1 and May 8. Fined £40.


Laura Trotter, 19, of Jack Argent Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her, jointly with another, in Synderford Close, Didcot, on October 24. Fined £115 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.


Leon Sofroniou, 29, of Kingsclere Road, Bicester, admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford Road, Tiddington, on June 4. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.


Andrew Caldicott, 53, of Wychwood Close, Witney, admitted speeding at 50mph in a 30mph zone in Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney on June 11. Fined £215 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Donnell Crump, 24, of Eynsham Road, Farmoor, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone in A4074, Nuneham Courtenay, on June 22. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Victoria Teague, 39, of Farmstead Close, Grove, admitted driving a car without due car and attention in Farmstead Close on June 13, 2015. Fined £145 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Ryan McIntyre Pollard, 18, of High Street, Kidlington, admitted driving without insurance in Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester on October 19. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Mark Fletcher, 39, of Bassett Road, Oxford, convicted of driving without a licence, insurance or a valid test certificate in Burchester Road, Oxford, on September 5. Fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Lazelle, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Queen Street, Oxford on February 24. Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty. Handed a community order with a nine-month alcohol treatment requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.

Nasur Bashir, 50, of Jersey Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a colour television at home without a licence on September 9. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £22 victims' surcharge and £120 costs.

Lorraine Deas, 59, of Waltham Gardens, Banbury, admitted using a colour television at home without a licence on March 8. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £20 victims' surcharge and £120 costs.

Patrick Broderick, 44, of Parlsey Place, Banbury, was convicted of failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Banbury Railway Station on March 11. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £4.90 compensation.

Ignores Lavrinovics, 32, of Hart Place, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on the railway at High Wycombe without having paid for a ticket on February 9. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £29.20 compensation, a £44 victim surcharge and £130 costs.

Isieran OHara, 20, of Black Bourton Road, Carterton, was convicted of failing to hand over a railway ticket for inspection at Princes Risborough on January 6. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £4.10 compensation, a £22 victim surcharge and £130 costs.

Niamh Perrot-Frost, 25, of Jack Argent Close, Oxford, admitted using an unlicensed Ford Focus on public roads on November 18 in Cowley. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £10.84 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.
