PERFORMERS of all abilities are still being sought for a homegrown production of Avenue Q in Blackbird Leys.
Rehearsals for the puppet musical, which is set in a fictional New York suburb and explores themes of community, growing up and inclusiveness, are being held at 6pm every Thursday at the Church of the Holy Family.
The controversial original script has been amended to make it suitable for younger audiences.
Anyone aged 16 or over with some connection to the Blackbird Leys or Greater Leys area is invited to take part. For more information call Rev Heather Carter on 07834 361183.
