A teenager has become one of the youngest people in the country to have made a solo flight in a glider.
Daniel Hunt made his first solo flight with Oxford Gliding Club on his 14th birthday – the youngest age a person can legally fly without an instructor.
The John Mason School, Abingdon, pupil joined the club in September and made three solo flights on Sunday.
Daniel will progress to single seat gliders and eventually fly cross-country.
