Anthony Joyce, 28, of Redbridge Hollow, Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted stealing three car batteries worth £15 from MJ Koster Engineering Services in Abingdon on July 24. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £15 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Ashley Nimmo, 26, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted possessing heroin and crack cocaine, both class A drugs, at St Aldate’s in Oxford on June 13, and admitted assaulting Pc Kelly on the same occasion. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.
Jake Smith, 25, of no fixed address, admitted failing to answer bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 6, having been released on criminal proceedings on June 9. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.
Francisco Marco, 47, of Howard Street, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating in Oxford on May 1. Given a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £30 costs and a £520 criminal courts charge.
Michael Hardisty, 32, of Bernwood Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of white wine worth £9.98 from Tesco in Magdalen Street. Oxford, on August 12. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Bath Street, Abingdon, on August 13. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
Seamus Murphy, 49, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted harassing Bojan Cross in Crescent Road by verbally abusing him and threatening him between April 19, 2015, and May 2, 2015. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Restraining order made against Rebecca Tansley and Bojan Cross until further notice.
James Richardson, 37, of Brookside, Harwell, was convicted of assaulting Jamie Dodson by beating in Harwell on March 26. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £300 compensation, a £30 victims’ surcharge and £775 legal costs.
Joshua Crossan, 23, of St Mary’s Green, Abingdon, admitted possessing 195 Valium pills, a class C drug, in St Mary’s Green, Abingdon, on June 21. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.
Graeme Finch, 34, of Synderford Close, Didcot, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, in Broadway, Didcot, on August 1. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.
Grant Trusler, 23, of School View, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Henley-on-Thames on July 4. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.
Tom Loveridge, 53, of Tenacre Caravan Park, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Sandford-on-Thames on July 23, 2014. Also admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Sandford-on-Thames on the same date. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a total of £200 compensation.
Ryzard Rys, 42, of Cumnor Hill, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Harcourt Way, Wantage, on August 2. Had 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £425 and ordered to pay a £43 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 45 months.
Dilwaar Ahmed, 18, of Chatham Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Oxford on January 3. Also admitted possessing a metal baseball bat in a public place in Oxford on the same date without lawful authority or reasonable excuse. Made subject to a curfew for 28 days from August 17 requiring him to remain at a property in Chatham Road between 7pm and 7am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and Fridays. Ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Isaac Lee, 22, of Downs Road, Standlake, admitted failing to provide a breath sample in Abingdon Police Station, Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on January 7 during an investigation into whether he had committed an offence while driving. Sent to prison for four weeks, ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and banned from driving for 29 months.
Samir Gaid, 41, of Mark Road, Headington, admitted driving without insurance in New Road, Oxford, on December 19. Also admitted driving an unlicensed hackney carriage in New Road on same date. Fined a total of £600 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
Ivy Pullen, 49, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted using a colour television without a licence on February 19. Fined £36 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £120 costs.
