THE A40 has now been cleared after a dustcart overturned between Witney and Eynsham.
It happened near Barnard Gate between the B4022 and Cuckoo Lane.
Traffic was queueing for a mile after the vehicle overturned and split its load of rubbish across both carriageways.
All lanes reopened at 12.45pm.
