Estate building plan discussed
Oxford City Council and developers of the Barton Park development, Grosvenor have met to discuss the building firms for the roads and infrastructure in the new estate.
The Barton LLP said an announcement of the contractor would be in the “coming weeks” after a meeting on Tuesday.
The development west of Barton will see 885 homes built, a 315-place primary school and a community hub.
Housebuilders Hill Ltd will begin the first phase of homes next summer if an application is passed by the city council.
