OXFORD MAGISTRATES

Jose Pereira, 33, of Brambling Way, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Old Road, Headington, on June 19. Had 123 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Also admitted driving without a valid driving licence or valid insurance. Given a community order with a three-month curfew between 8pm and 4am and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from holding a driving licence for four years.

Matthew Perks, 51, of Blay Close, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in London Road, Headington, on June 21. Had 96 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from holding a driving licence for 24 months.

Laura Vaulter, 27, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public, in Oxford High Street, on June 19. Fined £35 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Paul Wiggins, 55, of Plowman Tower, Westlands Drive, Oxford, admitted racially-aggravated harassment, alarm or distress in Gloucester Green, Oxford, on April 24. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Oxford on May 4. Also admitted persistently making use of a public communication network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety on May 19. Given a community order for 20 days and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge, £100 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Terrence Hanks, 35, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on February 23 by failing to attend a supervision session on April 16. Order varied and extended to February 22, 2016.

Greg Anderson, 37, of Osney Court, Botley Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to provide Vale of White Horse District Council with information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of a motoring offence when required between April 25 and May 15. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Also ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge.

Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs. Also ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

Richard Woodall, 43, of Sandford Green, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Winter Gardens Way, Banbury, on June 15. Had 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 20 months.

Beata Danielewicz, 39, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, admitted drink driving in London Road, Chipping Norton, on June 16. Had 112 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £85 cost. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 26 months.

Tayaub Hussain, 21, of Queens Road, Banbury, admitted possession cannabis, a class B drug, in Banbury on June 12. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Shaun Owen, 26, of Cypress Gardens, Bicester, admitted, with Shannon Price, stealing meat products of an unknown value from the Co-operative in Bicester on February 25. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £75 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Edward Kirby, 29, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be distressed, harassed or alarmed in Banbury on December 24. Fined £110, ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Safina Granito, 36, of Rookery Court, Didcot, admitted committing fraud by causing loss or exposing the threat of loss to Shop Direct by receiving an iPad Mini worth £322.95 for herself in Rookery Court on December 11. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates Court on June 29 without a reasonable excuse. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £322.95 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Desmond Patrick-Smith, 49, of Burford Road, Fulbrook, Burford, admitted drink-driving in Burford Road on November 28. Had 111 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the 107mg limit. Fined £375 and ordered to pay a £38 victims’ surcharge and £650 costs.

Ian Gough, 53, of Farmington Drive, Witney, convicted of assaulting a woman by beating in Witney on or between November 1 and December 25. Also convicted of assaulting a woman by beating in Witney on or between November 15 and December 25. Community order requires him to take part in a Building Better Relationships programme for 31 days and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Restraining order put in place until July 7, 2017. Ordered to pay a total of £200 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £500 costs.
