TWO cars have collided on the A44 near Woodstock where firefighters had to help a woman out of her car.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue were called by Thames Valley Police to the accident shortly before 1.30pm a mile north of the Duke of Marlborough Junction with the B4437.
A spokesman for the fire service said they helped a woman out of a car and she was taken to Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital.
One lane on the A44 remains blocked.
