Residents have been evacuated from a block of flats in Witney after a car crashed into the building.
Emergency services including police, firefighters and ambulance crews were called to Ashcombe Crescent, following the incident at about 11.40am.
South Central Ambulance spokeswoman Michelle Archer said: "We treated three people at the scene but no-one was taken to hospital."

Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Francine Rodrigues said: "Residents have been temporarily evacuated from their homes while a structural engineer attends to the safety of the building.
"That is a precaution to establish if it is safe."
Ms Rodrigues added that the car involved was a BMW and the driver was a woman.
Ashcombe Crescent and Woodford Way have been cordoned off by police while the incident is being dealt with.
Timothy Brown, who lives nearby, said: "The car is still embedded in the ground floor wall of the flats - it made one heck of a bang when it hit.
"We first thought it was an accident on Woodford Way, but looking out of the upstairs window showed what had really happened."
A spokeswoman for Oxfordshire Fire Service said: "Fire crews have been been to Ashcombe Crescent after a vehicle collided with a three-storey town house."
