Drivers are facing delays of up to 25 minutes in Oxford due to roadworks.

Traffic is currently queuing on the A40 in Headington and the Eastern bypass due to work being carried out on street lights during the day.

There are also delays at the Green Road roundabout.

Oxford Bus Company has tweeted that there were delays to their services and Thornhill park-and-ride buses are terminating at Speedwell Street.

Drivers near Wantage are also facing delays because of a fallen tree.

Both lanes of the A417 are closed between Vicarage Hill and Silver Lane in East Challow.

The road is blocked between the scrapyard and the industrial estate.
