New data from the Health and Social Information Centre revealed that the number of written complaints to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust, which runs the county’s main hospitals, increased to 890 in 2013/14, from 792 in 2012/13.

Complaints to the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, which runs mental and community health services, fell to 225 in 2013/14, from 278 the year before.
