Concerns have been raised about HM Bullingdon Prison in an official Government rating.
The National Offender Management Service said the prison’s “overall performance is of concern” in its annual ratings for 2013/14.
It rated the prison on how well the public were protected, reducing re-offending, decency, resource management and operational effectiveness.
The prison opened in 1992 and can take more than 1,100 prisoners.
