Hope for a bishop who knows weapons risk

I AM writing about the wait for a new Bishop of Oxford. What I hope for is a Bishop who will understand my concern about Britain having nuclear weapons. They are WMDs and put us all at risk when they pass Oxford about six times a year on the A34.
