A global engineering and technology services company has chosen to support an Oxford hospice.
Siemens, which has bases in Oxford and Eynsham, has selected Headington’s Sobell House as its charity of the year.
The hospice, in the grounds of the Churchill Hospital, will be supported through a range of fundraising activities, including a 185-mile cycle challenge.
A team of 12 Siemens employees will take on the challenge from Oxford to Halifax on Friday. They have already raised almost £700.
