Foul language uncalled for
ON Saturday, June 21, at 11am, my daughter and her children were taking their two small dogs for a walk on the recreation ground at the top of Playfield Road.
She suddenly heard shouting from the man mowing the cricket pitch regarding dog excrement.
As a responsible dog owner my daughter always cleans up after her dogs, but as they had done nothing she was dumbfounded.
She arrived at my house very distressed.
While we can understand the frustration at people not cleaning up after their dogs, it was inappropriate.
