One of the meters, which do not give change
YOUR article regarding the additional money that the council makes because its parking machines will not give change (June 21) simply highlights the fact that both the county and city councils see the private motorist as a cash cow, while at the same time viewing him/her with total disdain. It’s a total disgrace.
