Something wrong with Qatar's World Cup bid
FOR all I care, World Cups could be held in Antarctica or on the moon but should not a big, fat rat have been smelt even when tiny, boiling, rather repressive Qatar, with no particular association with football, put in a bid to host the 2022 one, let alone when it was apparently successful?
