A taxi driver accused of sexual assault has appeared in Oxford Crown Court and had his trial postponed.
Altaf Hussain, of Portway, Banbury, denies committing the crime against a woman on December 16, 2012.
The 49-year-old is due to appear again for his trial on August 6 this year.
He was released on bail.
