A 31-year-old man has been rebailed by detectives investigating an incident where a suspected robber died.
The Oxford man, who has now been released until May 23, was arrested in connection with a robbery at John Gowing Jewellers in the city’s Covered Market in March last year.
Suspected robber Clint Townsend, 33, died after he was apprehended by members of the public at the scene.
An Oxford man, 32, is due to answer bail today over the raid and a 43-year-old city man is due to answer bail on Thursday.
