Patrick McHugh
Former district councillor for Chipping Norton, Patrick McHugh has died aged 72. It is understood he was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, from his Chipping Norton home last Sunday, April 6.
His funeral will be tomorrow from 2.15pm at Holy Trinity Church in Chipping Norton.
