TOE-TAPPING pupils took dancing lessons from the masters at Oxford’s New Theatre.
Professional dancers Vincent Pausanias and eight-time tap world champion Dorel Surbeck, above, put children from the Appleton Primary School through their paces in a tap master class.
Mr Pausanias said: “The children were all very nice and worked really hard during the session.
“They were all very good dancers too and learned the routine quickly. “Whenever I do as session like this I begin really easily and see how far they can go and build it up from there. We were impressed with them and hope they enjoyed it.”
They performed routines for the pupils after last Thursday’s workshop.
They feature in Tap Factory set to be held at the George Street on Sunday April 20.
