Government will have to pay for more staff
SO the Government in its ‘wisdom’ has decided to give health workers in effect next year a pay cut with below inflation pay ‘rises’. So those health workers who decide to avoid this by emigrating will be replaced by agency staff costing double what the present staff cost to employ.
