Verbal attack charges
A man has been accused of verbally attacking three teenage girls.
Paulo Gomes, 25, has been charged with using threatening and abusive language following an incident at Templars Square shopping centre.
Gomes, of no fixed address, has been bailed and is due to appear in Oxford Magistrates’ Court on April 7.
