I am writing concerning an unfair parking fine by Euro car park at Templars Square.
Has anybody had this problem: my car broke down at lunchtime in November. I could not find any attendant, so I had to walk back to work and pick the car after work. I received a £90 fine for parking an extra 20 minutes. I explained to Euro car park my reason, but the appeal was rejected, by POPAL too. Now they are demanding £150 or they will take me to court.
