THE Oxford Mail has partnered with the world’s largest sports store, Decathlon to find Oxford’s best community sports picture. There is something for everyone with four categories: best individual, best team, best display of skill and most entertaining.

To mark the launch of Decathlon’s brand new store at Seacourt Tower Retail Park, readers are asked to get clicking and send in photographs of their favourite sports and physical activities.

The four category winners will each win a £250 voucher to spend in the new Decathlon store. Whether you want a new bike, tent, golf clubs, fishing
tackle, trainers or goal posts, Decathlon will have something to suit your needs.

Mike McHale, Store Manager says: “Oxford is a thriving city with a diverse range of sporting opportunities for all ages and abilities. We want to see schools, sports clubs and families across Oxfordshire in sporting action. Images don’t have to show sporting achievement, it’s the participating that’s important.

So, if you have a picture of your mum doing Zumba or you son’s
Sunday league football team, a child learning to ride a bike or simply your family having a kick about in the park, we want to see it.”

Simply email your entries to promotions@nqo.com including Oxford Sport in Pictures in the subject line.

You can also submit your entries via Facebook, Twitter @Decathlon#Decathlonsportsnap and Instagram

The shortlisted images will be displayed at the Oxford Decathlon store on the VIP opening night, Wednesday, April 30, 2014, when the winners will be revealed by a special guest.

The closing date is Saturday, March 29.

The new Oxford store will open its doors to the public on Thursday May 01, 2014.
