The sentencing of three brothers and a teenager over a 2011 attack on a taxi driver in Oxford has been put back to March 3 at Oxford Crown Court.
Surfraz Nawaz, 32, Karvan Nawaz, 28, Arfaan Nawaz, 25, and Amayad Bokhari, 18, pleaded guilty to two counts of causing actual bodily harm and one count of theft at Oxford Crown Court in January.
The brothers, all of Netherwoods Road, Risinghurst, and Bokhari, of Howard Street, Oxford, assaulted Usman Khan and stole his mobile phone and money.
