Station masterplan needs a wider scope
THANK you for your report about Oxford station’s masterplan.
Every time I arrive by bus from Heathrow, or by train from Islip, the walk between the station and Gloucester Green bus station is dangerous to say the least. The pavement is uneven and narrow, making it very difficult for people with luggage to navigate.
Do you know if there are plans to include the Heathrow, Gatwick, London, and other regional buses in the masterplan?
If there are not, it will be a terrible mistake and a missed opportunity to have a comprehensive transportation hub for all buses and trains that service the greater Oxford area.
