Sir – Whenever I go to Temple Cowley gym, it is very well used. People have been at a loss to know why the council is closing the pool but has the council considered retaining the gym facilities?
The dance studio could be retained for extra income and courts could be built underneath. That way local people would at least have somewhere accessible and affordable to keep fit with something that would be viable for the council to run.
