DRIVERS are facing delays after branches from a tree fell onto the Oxford ring road and a car broke down nearby.
One lane of the A4142 Eastern Bypass is closed in the eastbound direction between the A423 and A4158 after large branches from a tree onto the road.
A car has also broken down nearby, adding to the congestion.
