OXFORDSHIRE County Council is right to look at where it can bring in extra revenue from new sources.
Every pound earned is a pound that it doesn’t have to cut.
There has to be a line in the sand over certain ideas. But if the council can raise extra money through advertising or freelancing out some of its services to other authorities and it means a children’s centre doesn’t shut, then isn’t that a positive?
