A washing machine, dishwasher, two televisions, a stereo system, a laptop and a DVD player were all stolen from a house by burglars.
The crime happened in Oxford Road between 2pm and 10.20pm last Friday.
Pc Simon Travis, from Banbury police station, yesterday appealed for witnesses to call 101 or the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555111.
He said: “The offence took place at the junction of Yarnton Road.
“This is a very busy junction on a regular bus route.”
