IN your round-up of the annual Remembrance Day Services on Sunday, November 10, you did not mention 1460 Squadron Banbury Air Training Corps Cadets. As usual, for many years, the cadet band led the parade and also appeared at Bodicote Church in the afternoon for their Remembrance Day Parade.

Also worthy of mention, but I understand you have limited space, was the parade at St Mary’s Church, Upper Heyford. Scouts, guides, and brownies attended, along with Royal British Legion members and serving members of the Armed Forces. Oxford Silver Band once again led the parade and Lt Gen. Bob Menzies took the salute at the march past.

Thank you very much for reporting on the activities of Oxford county in your newspapers.
