A man who admitted four firearms offences following a 12-hour stand-off with police in Kidlington has had his sentencing date changed.
Daniel Rodriguez, 38, has admitted possession of a firearm at the time of committing an offence on July 9, possession of an imitation firearm, use of a firearm with intent, and making use of an imitation firearm with intent. He will be sentenced in Oxford Crown Court on December 6, as well as for three counts of rape and one of sexual assault.
