Two men have been charged after a brawl in Cowley Road in September.
Shohab Doger, 19, of Tawney Street, Oxford, was charged with using threatening, abusive, insulting words, or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence.
And Delroy Thomas, 33, of James Street, Oxford, was charged with using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Both suspects were released on bail to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 3.
A 23-year-old man has been released without charge.
