The prosecution is due to open its case today in the trial of two men arrested when police raided an Oxfordshire scrap metal yard.
Both men deny charges of attempting to acquire and convert criminal property after police raided Smiths of Bloxham, near Banbury, in May last year.
Brothers Tommy Smith, 36, of Bloxham Road, Bloxham, and Joey Smith, 23, of Milton Road, Adderbury, are expected to appear at Oxford Crown Court today.
