A masonry firm accused of committing corporate manslaughter is due to enter a plea today at Oxford Crown Court.
The Bristol and Bath-based company has been charged with two offences relating to the death of employee David Evans on February 9, 2010, at the Well Barn Estate, in Moulsford, near Wallingford.
A plea and case-management hearing is due to take place this morning.
