Detention of a cameraman from Chipping Norton and 29 other Greenpeace protestors in Russia is down to that country wanting to send out a message that it will defend itself, it has been claimed.
The 30 protesters and journalists, including Chipping Norton father-of-three Phil Ball, are still being held in the country and they are now in their sixth week of pre-trial detention.
