Police patrols will be stepped up as trick or treaters hit the streets of Oxford this Halloween, Area Commander Supt Christian Bunt, his deputy and managers will be taking part in patrols tomorrow night to ensure all activities happen safely.
Supt Bunt said: “We will have an operation in place with resources from the neighbourhood policing teams to help reassure residents during the evening and make sure that everybody behaves themselves.
