John Charlesworth, 35, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted possessing an article connected with theft, namely bolt croppers, outside of his home in Museum Road, Oxford on October 16. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Patrick Meredith, 45, of Dene Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of brandy worth £15.58 from Co-op, in London Road, Headington, on October 15. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Whitney Ryan, 21, of Glebe Road, Didcot, was convicted of being drunk in a public place – Frank Williams Drive, Didcot – while having charge of a child under the age of seven on June 16. She was fined £150 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £20 and costs of £100.

Dominic Brown, 39, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing £9.36 worth of meat from Tesco, in St Aldate’s, Oxford, on August 2. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Victor Antill, 52, of Sherwood Avenue, Abingdon, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Didcot on September 3. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
