A man wearing a dark-coloured thigh-length anorak and no trousers exposed himself to three children in Kidlington.
At about 4.15pm on Sunday, a man was seen walking through the park, which is also known as Garden City Football Club, off Maple Avenue.
He went into an alleyway in Hawthorn Avenue, and then emerged a few minutes later before exposing himself.
He then ran off to a parked dark-coloured vehicle in Maple Avenue.
