Tew Park House in Great Tew is set for a complete overhaul and restoration after planning permission was granted for the scheme.
The plans will include renovating the library, building a new kitchen and dining wing, a new drawing room and restoring 18th century rooms.
West Oxfordshire District Council granted planning permission on September 16.
Great Tew Estate, in a separate application, also won permission earlier this month to convert and restore a farm building into a house.
