A man appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday to deny burgling a house and stealing a car.
Justin Bourton, 35, of Dashwood Road, Rose Hill, was charged with burglary on Thursday, July 4, in Courtland Road, Rose Hill, and stealing a BMW.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear for trial next February 3.
