AFTER watching the Tory Party conference at which David Cameron announced measures to turn long-term unemployment into a state of criminality, and that they, the unemployed, would have to sign on every day, has he thought of the intolerable burden he is imposing on the offices where people sign on?

Every day, these offices would be packed with possibly thousands of people. I pity the staff at these places having to cope with this workload.

Tories should remind themselves of where communism sprang from – abject poverty against opulent wealth.

They should save an incredible amount of money by curtailing foreign aid (most of which is siphoned off by corrupt officials) and cancelling the grandiose HS rail line at £50 billion – and rising.
