One lane of M40 blocked after breakdown
TRAFFIC on the M40 southbound was affected by a broken down lorry between junction 10 at Brackley and junction nine at Bicester this morning at around 7.30am.
A 40mph speed limit was imposed and the vehicle left on the hard shoulder.
