A sponsored fun day raised money for Blackbird Leys FC yesterday.
Youngsters took part in a sponsored walk, bike or scooter ride round the estate to help the club pay its pitch fees.
The club has to pay Oxford City Council about £1,300 a year to use its pitches at Blackbird Leys Field, in Cuddesdon Way.
The fun day included a mum’s five-a-side tournament, a barbecue, pony riding and penalty shootout at Blackbird Leys Field.
