HENLEY MP John Howell will fight for his seat in 2015 after he was re-selected by Conservatives in South Oxfordshire.
Mr Howell, who has held the seat since 2008, has been re-adopted by South Oxfordshire Conservative Association after a vote of its executive council.
He said he was delighted with the news and vowed to carry on fighting for constituents, He said: “I am pleased to have been re-adopted and thank the executive council for their support.
“There is much work to do and knowing that I have the association alongside me is important as we move forward.”
Mike Moody, chairman of South Oxfordshire Conservative Association, said: “I am delighted that John has been readopted.
“He is a good and hard working MP.
“He has proved his capability here and in Westminster and we look forward to continue working with him into the future.
“Some people say that the Henley constituency is a safe seat but we assume nothing and work hard for every vote.
