OXFORD MAGISTRATES
Ian Davies, 49, of Oxford Homeless Pathways, Luther Street, Oxford, convicted of stealing items worth £28 from Peacocks in Broadway, Didcot, and items worth £34.27 from the Co-operative, in Wantage Road, Didcot, on February 2.
Joshua Bayley, 20, of no fixed address, admitted possessing 12 wraps of cannabis, a Class B drug, at the Southern Road Recreation Ground, Southern Road, Thame, on May 23. Fined £85 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Jordan Anderson, 24, Jackson Road, Cutteslowe, Oxford, convicted of assault by beating in Pound Way, Cowley, Oxford, on June 21. Also convicted of committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence made on March 28 for theft. Given a six-month prison sentence and restraining order made.
Mark Haddock, 38, of Harlech Close, Banbury, admitted stealing three bottles of cider worth £20 from Londis in Banbury on August 1. Fined £50 and told to pay £20 compensation and a £20 victims’ surcharge.
Rhys O’Neill, 23, of Preston Road, Abingdon, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Abingdon, on April 14. Fined £150 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
