A SHOP in Wolvercote was robbed at knife-point yesterday afternoon.
Police, including the force’s helicopter, were called to The Post Box, in Godstow Road, at 1.19pm.
A spokeswoman said a man holding a large knife had demanded money from the staff before he leaned over the counter, opened the till and stole cash.
The man, who made off on foot, was described as white, in his early 20s, 6ft tall and of medium build. He was wearing a dark navy hoody, tracksuit bottoms, trainers and a baseball cap.
Witnesses should call police on 101.
