OXFORD: A 48-year-old man has admitted breaching his antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) after being found drunk in Cowley Road on Sunday.
Stuart Gallagher, of Pike Terrace, was charged with breaching the order, imposed by magistrates in 2011, which bans him from being drunk in a public place.
He appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The court gave him a community order until May next year, which includes a supervision requirement.
